Price
The stated price for the service is the total amount the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs.
Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, Vipps, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card, the seller may reserve the purchase amount upon booking. The card will be charged on the day the booking is sent/confirmed. If Vipps is chosen as the payment method, the customer will be charged immediately.
Cancellation and Changes
You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made later than this, or "no-shows," will be charged the full amount.
Cancellation of Contract (Heving)
If the seller fails to deliver the service at the agreed time, the buyer shall encourage the seller to deliver within a reasonable additional deadline. If the seller still fails to deliver within this deadline, the buyer may cancel the purchase.
Compensation
The buyer may claim compensation for losses resulting from a delay. However, this does not apply if the seller proves that the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, avoided, or overcome.
Service Defects – Buyer’s Rights and Complaint Deadline
If there is a defect in the service, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.If the service is defective and this is not due to the buyer, the buyer may—depending on the circumstances—withhold payment, choose between repair or re-delivery, demand a price reduction, cancel the agreement, and/or claim compensation, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints should be made in writing.
Personal Data
The seller is the data controller for collected personal data. Unless the buyer consents otherwise, the seller may only collect and store personal data necessary to fulfill the agreement. Personal data will only be shared with third parties if necessary to complete the agreement or if required by law.
Age Limit
The age limit for using the sauna is 18 years. We do not process bookings from persons under the age of 18.
Maximum Capacity
Maximum 8 people per booking.
